Joyful Accord is a service of Mind Constructor built for adult Primary music leaders. Children participate together using a leader-controlled screen. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information.

Information we collect

We collect an adult account holder’s email address, authentication records, subscription status, activities the adult chooses to save, support messages, and limited technical events needed to operate and improve the service. Product analytics record actions such as selecting a template or starting a presentation; they do not record children’s names, voices, images, attendance, or individual participation.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Joyful Accord receives customer, subscription, and payment-status identifiers but does not store complete card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate adult users, save activities, provide subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse, understand feature use, and diagnose errors. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.

Storage and retention

Application data is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Analytics events expire after approximately one year. Operational logs are normally retained for one month. Account, activity, billing, and support records are kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate Joyful Accord, including AWS and Stripe; when an adult deliberately creates a public activity link; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Your choices

Adults may update or delete activities, revoke shared links, cancel subscriptions through the billing portal, and request account-data access or deletion through the Support page. A shared link should not contain personal information.

Children’s privacy

Joyful Accord is designed for use by adult leaders, not for independent use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us promptly so we can investigate and delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
