Terms of Service

These terms govern adult use of Joyful Accord, a service of Mind Constructor. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Adult accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts are for adult leaders. Do not create accounts for children or enter children’s personal information into activity titles, prompts, uploads, feedback, or shared links.

Acceptable use

Use Joyful Accord lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or use public sharing for confidential or inappropriate content. You are responsible for content you create and share.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Prices, trial length, and plan limits are displayed before purchase. You may manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Content and license

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it solely to operate the service. Joyful Accord’s software, branding, templates, and original artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change during the beta. Keep an offline backup of any content you cannot replace.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or remove content.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Joyful Accord is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limitation.

Church affiliation

Joyful Accord is independently produced and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
